Millicom MICC (news, chart, quote) - MICC May option implied volatility near average into Sale Process

MICC, a global telecommunications investor with cellular operations in Asia, Latin America and Africa, is up 3.26 to $48.80 on a Reuter's report citing two unidentified people of a possible $51 dollar share bid. MICC announced on 1/19/06 it was reviewing its strategic options after receiving a "high number" of unsolicited takeover offers. MICC May option implied volatility of 34 is near its 26-week average. Average option implied volatility suggests non-directional price fluctuations.
