MSFT is trading down 2.30 to $25.95 in pre-opening trading. Canaccord Adams say's "MSFT moderately missed our estimates on the top and bottom line this quarter, particularly a result of the supply-constrained Xbox 360, higher than anticipated product development costs." MLCO say's "investing hurts EPS in FY07 but strategic move longer term gain." MSFT option implied volatility of 18 was near its 6-month average.
