Sunoco SUN (news,
chart,
quote) - SUN calls active at low implied volatility, not validating Takeout chatter
SUN, a petroleum refiner & marketer, is recently up .55 cents to $70.80. SUN has a market cap of $8.6 billion with long term debt of $1.7 billion. SUN call option volume of 24,051 contracts compares to put volume of 3,289 contracts. SUN April & May option implied volatility of 30 is at is below its 26-week average of 32 according to Track Data, suggesting decreasing price risks.
