Chicago Bridge & Iron CBI (news,

quote) - CBI implied volatility suggests low Risk on LBO speculation
CBI, an engineering, procurement and construction company, is recently up .93 to $31.49 on LBO speculation. CBI has a market cap of $3 billion, long term debt of zero with cash & short term investments of $619 million. CBI reported a business backlog of $4.4 billion on 2/28/07. CBI reported 2006 total revenue of $3.1 billion. CBI April option implied volatility of 24 is below its 26-week average of 33 according to Track Data, suggesting decreasing price risks.
